Job Title: Windows Administrator

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 3-5 years

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Windows Administrator to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing

management of our Windows server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance,

security, and compliance. A strong understanding of Active Directory, identity and access

management, and cloud technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Active Directory Management:

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory domains, forests, and trust
  
  

relationships.

• Administer user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control processes.
• Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security settings.
  
  

Identity And Access Management

• Integrate external identity providers (IdPs) for seamless authentication.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user access across
  
  

applications.

• Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance security.
• Define and enforce granular access controls based on roles and
  
  

responsibilities.

• Safeguard sensitive data by implementing least privilege principles.
  
  

Windows Server Management

• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (2008-2022).
• Troubleshoot network issues and backbone infrastructure challenges.
• Patch and update servers to maintain security and performance.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  
  

Cloud Integration

• Integrate Windows servers with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to
  
  

leverage cloud-based services.

• Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.
  
  

Reporting And Monitoring

• Generate insightful reports on user activity, sign-in patterns, and security
  
  

events.

• Proactively identify risks and compliance gaps.
• Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
  
  

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information

Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Windows administration, with a

strong focus on Active Directory and identity management.

Certifications (Preferred): RBAC, ITIL, CIAM, SC300, Azure Administration.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Federation Services, and Azure
  
  

AD Connect.

• Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect. o Experience with
  
  

AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM) is a significant advantage. o Advanced

knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 7 to Windows
