Overview

The Windows 10 / 11 Support Engineer will provide critical support for Windows 10-related issues, with a focus on investigating and resolving performance and end-user experience challenges across various systems.

Position

Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate endpoint analytical data and Windows event/log data to identify workstation performance issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot operating system issues, software installation/configuration, network connectivity, and third-party application conflicts.
• Monitor system performance and work with IT teams to address complex issues.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 operating system and related components.
• Experience with installation and configuration of Windows 10 on various platforms (laptops, desktops, servers).
• Familiarity with Windows updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and CLI automation.
