We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Repair and Replacement Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process orders, and manage inventory effectively to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Assist with installation and repair of windows; doors; storefront; hurricane shutters etc.

Must have tools and know how to use them.

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular inventory checks. Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in window diagnostics by providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a construction is preferred. Strong skills in order fulfillment and inventory management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to perform window diagnostics. Proficient in inventory control practices. Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
