Basic Qualifications For Entry Level Low Rise Window Cleaner
Valid Drivers License is REQUIRED
Must pass background and drug tests
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees
Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
Valid Drivers License
Clean Appearance
Self-Motivated, Coachable
Responsibilities and Duties
Quality Orientation
Exterior window cleaning using long poles, ladders, and water-fed poles.
Interior window cleaning, including relites, and high dusting using proper window cleaning equipment.
Pressure washing
Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Preferred (but Not Required) Skills
Window Cleaning Experience
Lift Operator certification/experience
No fear of heights
Hours: Approx. 6:30 am 5:30 pm
Monday-Friday and most Saturdays.
Compensation
Earning potential starts off at up to $500-600 per week for training depending on experience and qualifications.
After training, qualified techs are compensated hourly plus piece work bonuses with earning potential of $800+ per week
