Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. The Window Cleaner will work both individually and as part of a team, utilizing specialized equipment to achieve optimal results. Responsibilities - Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring streak-free finishes. - Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows. - Perform routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance. - Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including proper disposal of cleaning materials. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job progress and any issues encountered. - Assist with additional custodial or commercial cleaning tasks as needed. Qualifications - Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred. - Familiarity with operating scissor lifts is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. - Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as work at heights and ladders.
