What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Window And Door Service Technician, You’ll Be The Face Of Our Company As You Provide Top-tier Service For Our Customers. Here’s What You Can Expect

• Repair and Replace: You’ll expertly replace and repair windows and doors in both residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues such as air leaks, broken seals, and faulty mechanisms, and perform necessary repairs.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly with customers about the work being done, answering questions and providing solutions to meet their needs.
• Safety and Quality: Maintain a high standard of work, always prioritizing safety for yourself and those around you.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of our skilled team, sharing tips, tricks, and ensuring a smooth operation each day.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a window & door technician or in a similar trade is a plus, but we’re open to training motivated individuals with the right attitude!
• Skills: Basic carpentry, construction, or mechanical skills will help you thrive in this role. You should have a knack for fixing things and an eye for detail.
• Physical Stamina: This role requires physical work, including lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• CustomerFocused: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping people. You’ll be working directly with customers, so a professional demeanor is key.
• Valid Driver’s License: You must have a clean driving record, as you'll be driving company vehicles to and from job sites.
