Summary

Position Overview Synapses IOM’s Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Specialists are highly trained, credentialed, multi-skilled, allied health professionals who perform multi-modality neurophysiologic tests including, but not limited to, evoked potentials (EP), electromyography (EMG), brain mapping, motor cranial EMG, and electroencephalography (EEG). Our professional team will detect, and alert should a change occur in the central or peripheral nervous system. This allows our surgeons to alter their surgical technique and reduce the risk of temporary or permanent post-operative neurological deficits. We are currently looking for experienced candidates with CNIM or CNIM eligibility with a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in a health-related field. Ideal candidates will have 2 or more years’ experience of intraoperative neuromonitoring experience, but entry level candidates will also be considered. Requirements Bachelor of Science in health-related field CNIM certification preferred, but not required Have two (2) or more years of experience in IONM preferred, but not required This is a great opportunity to join a highly team-oriented healthcare group that will provide stability and a path for strong professional development.
