Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong PERN stack experience (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js) to help build and scale our core applications. This role goes beyond just writing code-you'll work across the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with product, design, and ops teams. The tools and systems you build will be directly responsible for transforming customer experience and driving impact across millions of users nationwide. Key Responsibilities

Application Development :

• Build scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement APIs (GraphQL/REST) with Express and Apollo Server.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
  
  

System Integration & Architecture

• Integrate third-party services like Firebase, Google APIs, and payment gateways.
• Manage data flow across frontend, backend, and databases using Prisma ORM.
  
  

Code Quality & Deployment

• Write unit/integration tests using Jest.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in CI/CD using Git and Docker.
  
  

Performance & Reliability

• Optimize application performance across devices and browsers.
• Implement caching and background jobs using Redis and Bull.
  
  

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Ops teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have :

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack.
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Prisma ORM.
• Understanding of testing, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
  
  

Good-to-Have

• Experience with UI libraries (Ant Design, TailwindCSS).
• Familiarity with Docker, Redis, Firebase, and cloud services.
• Prior experience in an agile startup environment.
