Recovery Science Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible team member to our wellness center in Eastlake, Chula Vista. We are committed to helping people be the best version of themselves regardless of their ages. A health and wellness program coordinator understands the company’s mission and listens to clients’ needs and make a best recommendation for each client. This position is a part time to start at 15-20 hours a week. We are an advanced wellness center that needs to be presented as delivering science-backed, cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure all clients have been greeted and taken care of Ensure appointments are properly booked and assigned Promote our health and wellness services to guests Help with marketing and social media Provide excellent service to our guests and members Maintain facility cleanliness Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Outgoing personality – Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational Team work oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties with ease simultaneously Persuasive communicator Professional manner, discretion, and appearance Customer service experience and open availability preferred Previous health and wellness industry experience preferred but not required College students in Pre-nursing, Biology, and Science programs are highly considered Speaking Spanish is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Professional development assistance Schedule: Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
