Job Summary
Zivel - Franklin is Wellness Event Host- Events for events to support the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as pop ups with business partners and community events. This role will focus primarily on promotional sales, outreach, and efforts aimed at engaging business partners, community members, and customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the services we provide to help people and their needs, highly organized, have a positive attitude and possess excellent communication skills to contribute to the success of our events.
Responsibilities:
Attend Events and act as brand ambassador to engage with customers and strengthen business, and business to business relationships
Learn the benefits of each our modalities and be able to explain to customers how we can help them and why they need them.
Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns to increase event attendance and awareness.
Track and manage promotional sales efforts.
Engage with business partners building relationships, community members and customers. Ensure that all materials, signage, and promotional items are prepared and available at the event.
Maintain accurate records of customer contact details, event progress, and event success totals.
Sales of memberships and service packages, Upsell walk-ins and existing customers on services when on location
Generate new store memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from current membership base, and through engaging store tours for new customers and walk-ins.
Content creation
Educate customers on Zivel’s services and health benefits
Provide guest tours, selling packages & memberships when on location
Identify potential customer and member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in Zivel’s amenities and services to customers and members to close the sale
Qualifications – Who You Are:
Outgoing & Bright personality with positive attitude while being customer service driven
Prefer 2+ years’ experience in customer service and sales
Experience in sales and have a proven track record of success.
Previous experience with Point-of-Sale Systems strongly preferred
Passionate about health and wellness and have a desire for continued learning.
Comfortable making content explaining our services and the benefits to customers
Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
