The Role

We’re looking for a Weekend Operations Support Specialist to ensure a seamless moving experience for both customers and movers. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our moving operations together—handling customer inquiries, coordinating schedules, managing last-minute changes, and solving problems in real time.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Customer Support & Scheduling:

Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.

Address customer concerns and escalations with a solutions-focused approach.

Support movers with guidance, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination.

🔹 Operations & Coordination:

Assign and confirm movers for scheduled jobs.

Manage last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and mover callouts.

Ensure each move is properly staffed and runs smoothly.

Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling or logistics challenges.

Skill Requirements

Strong Communicator: You’re confident, empathetic, and clear in your communication.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping things on track.

Problem-Solver: You thrive in fast-paced situations and can think on your feet.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs and scheduling tools is a plus.

Team Player: You enjoy working with others and keeping things running smoothly.

Experience Requirements

2+ year in customer service, coordination, or operations is preferred.

Location and Hours

We're looking for someone who will be working on Eastern Standard Time in the US.

Standard hours are 8 AM ET - 5 PM ET on Saturday and Sunday.

Undergrads' headquarters is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Compensation

Hourly compensation of $6 USD/hour.
