Weekend Intake Coordinator (Part-time or Full time)

Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the last three years, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks a Weekend Intake Coordinator to join its growing intake department. Good Shepherd is seeking a candidate with professional experience in hospice or expertise for a home care or hospice agency. We are offering a part-time schedule (Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 6 pm) or a full-time schedule (Friday from 10 am to 8 pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 8 am to 6 pm).
Job Responsibilities
The Weekend Intake Coordinator will work with both the weekday intake department and weekend staff to seamlessly provide quality support to the referral sources, patients and families that reach out to Good Shepherd about new admissions from Friday through Monday.
Education, Skills And Experience
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Computer skills required; experience within the Google Suite is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must, as is the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Pay Range
$55,000-$65,000 : This n umber is based on a 40-hour position. It also reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
