Perform full setups on CNC Swiss-style lathes + ?? Troubleshoot and resolve machine/tooling issues + ?? Read and interpret complex blueprints and layouts + ?? Maintain ultra-tight tolerances of ±0.0002 inches + ?? Work with small, intricate parts-some as tiny as a fingernail + ?? Operate and edit CNC programs directly at the machine + ?? Average one setup per shift (or more, depending on the job) **?What You Bring** + ?? 3+ years of CNC lathe setup experience + ?? 2+ years in aerospace or medical machining + ?? For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%) - 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that - Average tenure is 10+ years - 12% shift differential - Life Insurance - Health, dental, vision, etc...
