About The Role
Do you love planning parties and events? A’BriTin, the Twin Cities' top catering and event planning company, is looking for an energetic and outgoing person to join our team as a Wedding Sales and Events Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, offering expert guidance on venue selection, vendor coordination, and event logistics.
The ideal candidate is assertive, competitive, and enthusiastic, with excellent customer service skills and the physical stamina to manage the demands of the job, such as extended periods of walking, standing, and lifting. Your days will involve following up with prospective brides and grooms, selling food and beverage packages, assisting with event setup, tear-down, and executing event details to perfection.
As a Wedding Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing clients’ timelines, contracts, and budgets, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed. You’ll also play a key role in building relationships with both clients and vendors, ensuring that every event is a stress-free, memorable experience.
This position requires working nights and weekends during the busy summer months. While experience is a plus, we will train the right person who is ready to create exceptional events that exceed client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or sales, preferably in the wedding industry.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding catering and beverage services.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and contracts, ensuring all details are executed as planned.
- Conduct site visits and oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and on the event day.
This position is Full-Time, Salary-Exempt.
Hiring salary range starts at $45,000 annually, DOQ, bonus eligible.
