We are currently seeking a Website Project Manager to join our Web Services team. In this role, the successful candidate will take the lead on web development projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing project timelines, budgets, and working closely with designers and developers to ensure web projects effectively meet client objectives. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must, as this role will require liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of website projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining a book of active retainers by coordinating technical updates, performance optimization, and SEO improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management (preferably in web or software development)

Experience working with web technologies (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS)

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design best practices

A creative eye and ability to provide art direction is a plus

Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA) is a plus

Experience In ECommerce Projects Is Preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to monitor progress and manage risks effectively

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and external clients

Familiar with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, WCAG compliance, and CRO strategies.
