Job Summary:

Netenrich is seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Website Developer to create and maintain high-performing websites with exceptional UI/UX. This role requires strong expertise in WordPress development, a solid understanding of front-end technologies, and a focus on website speed, optimization, and achieving excellent Lighthouse scores. Knowledge of HubSpot website development is also valuable. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing web experiences.

Responsibilities:

●    Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites primarily on the WordPress platform.

●    Focus on creating light and fast websites, ensuring optimal loading speeds and performance using best practices.

●    Implement best practices to achieve excellent scores in Google Lighthouse for website performance and accessibility.

●    Ensure responsive design and functionality across various devices and screen sizes using HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript.

●    Collaborate with the marketing team to understand website requirements and design preferences.

●    Implement and maintain website security measures and ensure website stability.

●    Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs efficiently.

●    Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices for WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

●    Optimize website content and structure for improved SEO performance.

●    Secondary: Build and customize websites and landing pages within the HubSpot CMS.

Qualifications:

●    Proven and strong experience in developing websites using WordPress.

●    Solid understanding and practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

●    Strong skills in UI/UX design principles and implementation for web.

●    Deep understanding of website performance optimization techniques for speed and efficiency.

●    Experience in achieving high scores in Google Lighthouse or similar website performance tools.

●    Knowledge of responsive design principles and implementation using front-end technologies.

●    Familiarity with website security best practices.

●    Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

●    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

●    Secondary: Familiarity or experience with HubSpot website development.

Bonus Points:

●    Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

●    Knowledge of technical SEO principles and their application in website development is a plus.

●    Experience with other CMS platforms.

●    Familiarity with graphic design tools.

●    Knowledge of Java for potential backend integrations or enhancements.
