About the Role:

IILM University is looking for a Website Manager/Developer who will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and enhancing our website. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Laravel framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX best practices. The role involves ensuring website security, performance optimisation, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management & Development – Maintain and update the university website built on Laravel, ensuring smooth functionality and security.
• Front-End & UI/UX Enhancements – Improve website aesthetics, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Content Management & Updates – Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure timely updates of admissions, events, news, and academic information.
• SEO & Performance Optimisation – Enhance website loading speed, search engine rankings, and mobile responsiveness.
• Security & Compliance – Implement security protocols, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure data protection.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support – Identify and resolve bugs, broken links, and technical glitches to maintain seamless website performance.
• Third-Party Integrations – Work with APIs, analytics tools, and external platforms for an enhanced digital experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in website development & management
• Prior experience with educational institution websites is a plus
