Overview

The Web UI Platform Developer plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of user-friendly web applications that enhance user engagement and satisfaction within the organization. This role is crucial in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces that align with the overall business strategy. The developer will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create seamless and interactive web experiences. By employing best practices in web development, the Web UI Platform Developer will ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of the platforms built, ultimately contributing to the organization's success in delivering superior digital experiences. The position requires a strong foundation in web technologies along with keen attention to detail, to ensure that end-user interactions are smooth, effective, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Using core Angular to build the strategic auto-pricing and RFQ workflow processing platform UI
• Working in a globally distributed team of developers, traders and strats
• Will be involved in the full software development lifecycle from understanding requirements, formulating designs, developing, and deploying the changes.
• Building out of new GUIs, enhancing the existing platform to improve user-experience as well as troubleshooting performance challenges with high volume streaming data handling.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Expert in a variety of web technologies (e.g. Angular, React, ...) and the desire to learn new ones.
• Experience of building complex user interface using a variety of components and frameworks
• Experience of developing and optimizing demanding message driven GUIs managing very high update rates
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
