Job Description

  • Conduct testing for editorial and technical projects across various assigned websites by executing test cases.
  • Assess quality assurance (QA) efforts and work with the team to create effective testing strategies.
  • Assist in prioritizing projects and managing testing activities.
  • Adhere to established QA processes specific to the market or brand.
  • Provide updates on assigned projects and tasks to the QA Lead.
  • Offer hands-on testing support during the QA phase and validate production outputs.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for implementing automation to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Share insights or alternative perspectives regarding incompatible formats or unrealistic timelines.
  • Collaborate with and assist other teams and projects as needed.
  • Attend regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress and address any issues.
  • Commit to continuous improvement in processes and practices.

What Will Make You Successful To This Role...

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level.
  • Knowledge of one or two additional foreign languages is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a QA management role or a similar position.
  • Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
  • Practical experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal versions 7 and 8) and content optimization techniques.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java.
  • Proficient in using ticketing and workflow management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Committed to continuous improvement in everyday tasks.
  • A collaborative team player who approaches work with empathy, enthusiasm, accountability, responsibility, flexibility, balance, and resilience.
  • Capable of meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific objectives.
