We invite all self-motivated and competent individuals to apply for the following position: Web & Multimedia Production Assistant (Ref No. GPHK/AD/00028) Responsibilities Supporting Web & Multimedia Team in production of digital content Providing pre- & after sales services to online shop customers Liaising with Team and other departments to facilitate production tasks Acting as a supportive role in creating or designing graphic materials, website, social media, marketing/PR events, printing etc. Facilitating online order shipments and internal logistics Performing data entry and general office duties Conducting research and contributing creative ideas Requirements Diploma or above with minimum 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE 2-year experience in multimedia, customer service, marketing, sales, logistics, shipping and/or export Practical knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver (or equivalent) & Premiere Efficiency in Chinese input is a must Interest in web, communications, photography, design, cooking and new technologies Basic understanding in HTML, Lighting and video/ audio editor a huge plus Detail-oriented, flexible and well-organized personality Good command of spoken English and Mandarin is preferred We provide friendly and dynamic working environment to the right candidate.
