Post your updated resume to [email protected] Who we are looking for:VDiSTiE is looking for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru who will be responsible for proactively managing accounts to drive market penetration and accelerated sales growth. The right person for this role will understand how to build customer rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style, thereby help the sales and pre-sales team in building a funnel of opportunities to close. Roles & Responsibilities:· Liaison with internal team & external stakeholders. · Lead generation via cold calling, social networks and through other medium to identify sales opportunities on all fronts.· Engage in specialised campaigns/mailings/social media promotions to partners and customers or stakeholders. · Managing Social Media regular updates for Holidays, events and product launch etc., · Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates. · Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. · CRM update, Create and maintain the highest standards of data integrity · Database maintenance and develop customer quotations as required. · Manage the sales documentation/ proposal, deal registration process, · Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, supporting pre-sales activities, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. · Assists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions, and stock information. · Inputting orders and ensure they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. · Ability to identify and utilise resources and display strong ownership skills · Ability to accomplish multiple goals and projects delivering expected results. · Communicates and collaborates openly and clearly with co-workers and supervisor and accepts feedback to improve.Required Skills & Experience:· BBM/Business Administration. · Experience in customer service and/or sales co-ordination is preferred · Languages: English proficiency a must. · Excellent written & verbal communication. · Proficiency in Microsoft office. · Results driven and self-motivated · Strong organisational and time management skills. · Ability to handle changing requirements and unforeseen problems rapidly and positively · Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively
