This is a senior leadership role where you will own the strategy, growth, and profitability of our hosting services, overseeing operations, sales, marketing, and customer experience. Your Role & Responsibilities: As Unit Manager – Web Hosting Division, you will be responsible for: •  Full P&L ownership of the hosting division, including revenue, cost control, and profitability. •  Developing and executing a growth strategy to scale our hosting business across B2B and B2C markets. •  Overseeing the entire web hosting infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and security. •  Driving customer acquisition and retention through strategic marketing, SEO, PPC, and partnerships. •  Optimizing pricing, service plans, and customer support to stay competitive in the market. •  Building and leading a high-performing team across sales, support, and technical operations. •  Identifying and integrating new technologies to enhance performance, automation, and service quality. •  Managing reseller programs and enterprise hosting partnerships to expand our market reach. •  Analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to drive innovation. •  Reporting directly to the C-level team with insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. What We’re Looking For: •  MBA in Business, IT Management, or a related field. •  10+ years of experience in web hosting, cloud services, or IT infrastructure management. •  Fluent in Hindi and excellent in English (both written and spoken). •  Proven leadership experience in running a business unit or high-level management role. •  Deep understanding of web hosting, server management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices. •  Experience with digital marketing, customer acquisition, and pricing strategies for tech services. •  Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on execution, growth, and results. •  Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, drive innovation, and scale operations efficiently.
