Cloudevo is looking for an experienced Web Developer with a strong background in PHP and CMS platforms like WordPress, to join our team on dynamic projects that demand technical excellence and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Integrate third-party APIs (RESTful, JSON, OAuth, etc.)
• Take over existing projects for debugging, updates, and code refactoring
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver functional and visually appealing websites
• Optimize website performance, security, and user experience

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with WordPress Core, Theme & Plugin Development
• Solid understanding of OOP, Clean Code principles, and best development practices
• Experience with API integrations
• Good knowledge of MySQL and database management
• Strong problem-solving skills in real-world development environments
• Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve issues in existing codebases
• Experience in refactoring legacy code

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Git and version control
• Understanding of the WordPress REST API
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques
• Technical proficiency in English
