We’re looking for a results-driven Web Developer with expertise in full stack development and WordPress (Divi) to help us build high-performing digital experiences that elevate marketing and sales initiatives.

Your Mission

Help us optimize and expand our digital footprint—making every webpage purposeful and high-performing. From user-facing landing pages to internal tools, your work will directly impact lead generation, brand credibility, and recruitment.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full stack or WordPress development.
• Previous experience taking part in web development and UX projects with business impact
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP; familiarity with React or Angular is a plus.
• Proven WordPress experience, especially with Divi builder.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, API integrations, and performance tuning.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Obsessed with results and turning dev into ROI.

Your Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build and enhance front-end/back-end experiences that are fast, responsive, and user-friendly.
• WordPress (Divi) Mastery: Design and maintain dynamic, conversion-optimized landing pages using Divi.
• Lead-Gen Innovation: Implement features and UX improvements that directly support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Recruitment Enhancement: Optimize and maintain career pages and application flows to attract top-tier talent and support HR initiatives.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve site speed, SEO, and device responsiveness for better engagement and results.
• Website Maintenance: Ensure uptime, security, regular updates, and data integrity across the platform.
• Bug Fixing & Feature Rollouts: Swiftly address bugs while introducing new tools and features aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Join virtual meetings with marketing and cross functional teams to align web development with strategic initiatives.
