We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Development Manager to oversee our web projects and ensure the effective implementation of our digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in web development, and will be adept at utilizing WordPress, understanding lead generation best practices, and able to meet deadlines for launching.

This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web-related projects from inception to completion.
• Implement project management best practices in alignment with Matyx standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams, update teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of databases and cloud computing solutions.
• Manage program timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including developers, designers, content, and marketing teams.
• Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies such as Kanban to adapt to changing requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates on status, risks, and issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within web project workflows.

Experience

• Proven experience in project implementation and program management within a web environment.
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing best practices, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, High Level, page builders, plugins, and form tools.
• Strong understanding of attribution, DNIs, GA4, and GSC.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and cloud computing technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
