As a Craft CMS Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and maintaining custom content-driven websites and web applications using Craft CMS and related technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Build custom Craft CMS modules, plugins, and integrations to meet client requirements.
• Implement Twig-based templates, field layouts, and content models
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and account teams to translate wireframes into fully functional pages
• Participate in scoping sessions and offer technical insights for optimal solutions
• Ensure sites are secure, performant, and scalable—leveraging caching strategies, image optimization, and code best practices
• Troubleshoot issues, apply Craft CMS updates, and perform ongoing enhancements
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Stay current on Craft CMS releases and PHP ecosystem trends

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years building sites on Craft CMS (v3/v4), including plugin development and Twig templating
• Proficiency in PHP 7.4+ and familiarity with the Yii framework
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
• Experience with Git workflows (feature branching, pull requests)
• Comfort working with Linux servers, Composer, and basic CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communicator who thrives in agile, team-oriented settings

Bonus Points For

• Experience with headless implementations (GraphQL/REST)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React)
• Exposure to AWS, Docker, or container orchestration
