Overview: The Gemini Portfolio, comprising seven business units, is seeking a skilled Website Developer proficient in WordPress to manage, maintain, and optimize our web presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align web initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites across multiple business units to ensure high functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate design and content requirements into visually appealing and engaging web pages. Implement responsive design to optimize websites across various devices and browsers. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve website issues promptly. Ensure all web content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Requirements: Proven experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive and visually appealing websites. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with team members. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO best practices. Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing multiple websites or portfolios across diverse business units. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and graphic design tools. Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
