What you need to succeed

• Must be able to work during US-hours (graveyard shift) in Ortigas (minimum onsite through training and probation)
• PREFERRED at least 2 year of relevant work experience in graphic design (e.g. icons, banners, logos, graphics, fonts, etc.)
• Candidates with no work experience must possess a degree in a related field with portfolio of web design experience in OJT, projects, and/or Capstone
• High proficiency in software programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Must be knowledgeable in HTML, CSS and Content Management Systems
• Must have good English communication skills--both written and verbal
• Must be highly innovative with a positive attitude and flair towards arts and design
• Must have the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision and able to deliver finished projects in a timely manner
