This role is responsible for supporting all creative portions of website and social for clients, ensuring consistent digital branding across the web.


Responsibilities

  • Researches clients’ business information and obtains understanding of the industry in preparation for client consultation.
  • Collects and develops written content to meet clients’ and SEO objectives and shares with website design and social content teams.
  • Conducts over-the-phone client consultation with clients, collecting business information required to build website and social media presence.
  • Monitors overall process until sites are live and manages daily tasks and work list. Follows-up and resolves issues and/or discrepancies associated with assigned work/accounts. Ensures client follow-ups and related system updates are timely. Elevates issues or deadlines at risk and completes tracking.
  • Acts as point of contact for sales team when additional status updates are required on client website builds and social posts. Escalates customer issues when immediate resolution is identified. Collaborates with team members and internal and/or external partners/suppliers.
  • Acts as resource on specific site products (website and social) and features and acts as point person for resolving customer issues for designated areas of expertise. Participates in client acceptance testing and verifies one-off customer issue resolution.



Who We’re Looking For

  • Associate's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
  • Strong customer service, communication (verbal and written) skills, and ability to adapt the conversation to the client.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills while managing multiple projects at once.
  • Dependable, takes accountability, and ownership.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment, adjust priorities, and adapt to changes in work or procedure quickly.
  • Maintains a positive service service-minded attitude
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete the pre-employment screening process.
  • Previous relevant experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Journalism, Customer service, Sales, Web Design, Copywriting, Advertising, or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of best practices for copywriting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation.
  • Basic understanding of internet components, including web hosting, domain names, websites, and how they connect.
