Making Cosmetics LLC, located in Redmond Ridge is looking for an IT Software & Web Content Specialist. We are a small but growing company and looking for someone with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and NetSuite experience; someone who can work independently but with excellent collaboration & communication skills as they will work closely with management and staff on a regular basis. We are looking to hire as soon as possible; please note that we offer great benefits including medical through Regence, we pay a portion for you and your child dependent, company pays for dental and vision premiums as well as life insurance, EAP & matching 401k. Hours are very consistent, Monday through Friday (8:30 to 4:30 with a paid 30-minute lunch). We pay employees on a monthly basis (end of the month).
Job Duties:
· Maintenance and support in NetSuite; on-going in-house training with NetSuite and regular status updates/support calls with NetSuite team.
· Add/update content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud website and other sales channels such as Etsy and Amazon. Content includes product images, pricing, descriptions, banners, promotions, etc.
· Manage data flows between software such as Shipstation, NetSuite, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
· Manage Salesforce’s Einstein AI tool to maximize eCommerce sales performance and update featured items/bestsellers frequently.
· Ensure the website storefront is frequently kept up to date to give customers the most accurate and well-maintained listings and pages.
· Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with third-party developers on Salesforce Commerce Cloud fixes and tasks.
· Support staff for training/troubleshooting with NetSuite WMS (Warehouse Management Software) for barcode scanning and inventory management.
· Lead training sessions for staff in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and NetSuite to review relevant features and duties.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems encountered by staff and customers in various software and applications.
· Assist staff with login issues, password resets, and setting up two-factor authentication on e-commerce platforms and applications.
· Assist customers with IT related issues on our website.
· Point of contact for all in-house hardware issues such as printers, computers, and barcode scanners.
· Write and update user manuals for all software and e-commerce platforms for on-going education and reference.
· Manage regular data backups on external hard drives for data security purposes.
Additional Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Writing and deploying new code into Salesforce Commerce Cloud using the Bitbucket pipeline.
· Commitment to continuous improvement and learning - such as Salesforce Trailhead and NetSuite Learning Center.
· Generate ideas & implement solutions for our online platform to enhance customer experience, drive sales and growth, and optimize performance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be on your feet for an extended period of time when helping others.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud & NetSuite required.
4+ years of computer IT, web content, and software implementation experience required.
4-year related degree required.
Experience working in Excel.
Previous experience in training employees in various programs and software required.
Proven ability to implement new processes, facilitate user adoption, and provide instructions for users of differing levels of experience and learning styles.
Ability to work independently to achieve tasks and goals as well as regularly reporting to Supervisor with excellent communication.
Must possess excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and ensures changes to website are thoroughly checked for accuracy.
Reliable and the ability to be organized, show initiative, and be timely with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Experienced and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Must be able to work well and be collaborative with others, and always be ready and engaged to assist all departments.
A plus:
· Experience in reading/writing code and deploying new code onto the website for new features and bug fixes.
· Experience with implementing/working with API connections.
· Customer service experience through email/chat.
