About This Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and energized by a well-structured spreadsheet? Ria Money Transfer is looking for a hands-on content professional to help maintain and scale our global website. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting content systems behind the scenes and is eager to learn how they work at scale.

As a Content Operations Specialist, you’ll help update and publish content in our CMS to keep our site up to date and multilingual. You’ll assist with tasks like updating legal and marketing pages, managing translations, and supporting localization efforts. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to support content initiatives that keep our website running smoothly. This role offers hands-on experience and a strong foundation for a career in content management.

Responsibilities

• Make and publish updates to website pages using a content management system (CMS)
• Assist in editing marketing and legal pages based on content briefs and stakeholder input
• Manage translation updates and support localization efforts across multiple regions
• Proofread and QA web content for typos, broken links, formatting, and brand consistency
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, compliance, and design to ensure accurate, timely updates
• Organize and track content tasks using Excel, Monday.com, and other project management tools
• Support the editing and publishing of web and blog content, with opportunities to grow into writing as you develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with content management systems (ex. WordPress, Prismic, or similar)
• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to follow structured processes
• Comfort working in spreadsheets and managing task lists
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and comfort with recurring, process-driven work that keeps things running smoothly
• A knack for staying organized with multiple content projects and tasks

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from 350,000 to 650,000 MXN. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
