About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Web Full Stack Software Engineer to join their dynamic technology team. In this role, you will act as a core technical stakeholder, collaborating with software architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that support high-impact business decisions. This is a strategic engineering role with hands-on responsibilities and the opportunity to lead impactful development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of full stack web solutions for complex SaaS products
• Translate operational and business requirements into technical solutions aligned with long-term strategy
• Collaborate with software architects and technical leads to design scalable systems and robust API architectures
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
• Oversee and contribute to development work across the stack: front end, back end, and database layers
• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, and hosting infrastructure
• Work with CMS templates and content delivery frameworks to support rich web experiences
• Ensure quality and scalability through code reviews, testing, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade web solutions
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and web/content architecture principles
• Solid experience designing and developing APIs and working with tag management systems
• Proven background in SaaS environments, with specific experience in Optimizely or Salesforce
• Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing frameworks, and modern hosting infrastructure
• Experience working with CMS templates and content management concepts
