Coordinates applicable communication channels (such as e-newsletters etc.) and assists other community engagement managers on additional projects. This position works under general supervision. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Maintains content on both internal and external City of Boise and affiliated websites through content management systems. Collaborates with communications managers and business owners to identify content opportunities and improvements. Writes, collaborates, creates and edits content, and coordinates with stakeholders in order to continually improve web-based content and experiences. Works at the guidance of the Web Strategy Manager to identify and make recommendations for website improvements and enhancements. Implements time sensitive updates to web content. Maintains consistent look and feel of the city-wide website(s). Upholds the City of Boise’s brand standards and best practices when creating content for websites. Maintains knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to report data to the organization and uses data to improve the website experience. Coordinates and executes the City of Boise e-newsletter(s). Collaborates with content owners to write and edit content. Performs other duties as assigned.
