For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in web programming, support, and administration.

• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• At least 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Content Management System

• Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

This role is centered around managing and enhancing digital customer experiences through web content. You’d be tasked with:


  • Developing and executing digital products: This means building web solutions that drive business growth, involving AEM to craft pages and features.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing and other teams to ensure content fits broader goals—think aligning a product page with a campaign.
  • Content management: Using a CMS (specifically AEM) to create, update, and organize content like text, images, or technical documents.
  • Optimization: Tweaking web content for SEO (e.g., keywords, meta tags) and usability (e.g., fast load times, intuitive navigation).
  • Performance monitoring: Tracking metrics like page views, bounce rates, or conversion rates to gauge success.
  • Project participation: Joining web-related development efforts, possibly contributing ideas or testing new features.
  • Global availability: Ensuring content works worldwide, which could mean localization (e.g., translations) and uptime reliability.
  • Publishing oversight: Scheduling and approving web pages for release.
  • Process improvement: Suggesting better ways to handle change requests or workflows.
  • Troubleshooting: Coordinate the resolution of critical issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Requirement gathering: Collecting project needs from stakeholders for effective execution.
  • Innovation: Testing new tech to keep the team’s skills sharp.
  • Prototyping: Building mock-ups or prototypes, often with predefined templates, when no wireframes exist.


This is a hands-on role blending technical skills, creativity, and teamwork. You’d need to juggle multiple priorities—think fixing a bug one hour, then designing a mock-up the next.
