We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer/Architect to work with one of our clients - a global leader in innovative lung disease diagnostic devices.

As part of the project, you will be involved in the development of a new solution: a medical web portal for managing patient data, test results and a fleet of medical devices.

Your tasks

• Designing the architecture and development of a web-based medical application
• Selection of technologies and frameworks based on analysis of, among other things, speed of implementation, cost of maintenance and long-term benefits
• Participation in DevOps and GitOps processes in Azure and Kubernetes cloud environments
• Collaboration with the client team, including participation in workshops and kick-off meetings in Zurich (regular travel)
• Supporting the preparation of a solution compliant with healthcare data protection requirements (PHI, PII)
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a software engineer or architect
• Extensive knowledge of web technologies and experience working with large data sets (e.g. IoT devices)
• Practice working in regulated environments (e.g., medical industry) and knowledge of data protection principles
• Ability to work with Azure cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps and GitOps
• Willingness to travel for business to Zurich
