Job Title: Web Application Developer

Location: Oman

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Web Application Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ICT environments, possess strong development skills, and stay current with digital and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications across platforms and devices.
• Maintain code quality and participate in code reviews.
• Analyze business needs and align web solutions with organizational goals.
• Embrace Agile delivery practices and continuously improve processes.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in a related business or technical discipline (preferred)
• Professional certification in a relevant technical
• Agile-related certifications are preferred (e.g., PMI-ACP, PSM)
  
  

Experience

• 3+ years in ICT within a large organization
• Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on web development experience
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.)
• Understanding of software development methodologies and project management practices
• Awareness of current and emerging digital trends
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Skilled in business and process analysis
• Familiar with mapping requirements to industry and competitor trends
