Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure server-side tracking using GTM, GCP, Cloud Run, Load Balancers, SSL, DNS, Kubernetes, Github, GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok API, Pinterest and many more.
• Implementation, maintenance, and change support for the Server side GTM containers.
• Migrate existing tags from a client-side GTM setup to a server-side environment based on the available Server-side tags.
• Support reporting and management APIs of Google products Ad platforms and social media platforms.
• Test and validate data flow and tracking accuracy.
• Provide documentation and training to our team on managing and updating the server-side tracking setup.
• Advises the business unit on project related improvement options.
• Design and plan a Google Cloud Platform GCP solution architecture and visibility on the Cloud run application functionalities and resources.
• Google Cloud Platform certified professional with experience in core Google Cloud Platform services.
• Analyze, manage and optimize technical business processes using cloud platform architecture.
• Server-side tagging sGTM activities and deployment of new tags in sGTM.
• Support teams to understand and resolve the queries of GA360 GTM360 and other products in Google.
• Expertise in GA360 integration with other tools in GMP and other downstream systems.
• Conduct performance audits of a website implementation and configuration of GA4GTM enterprise.
• Support reporting and management APIs of Google products Ad platforms and social media platforms.
• Implement advanced event tracking and enhanced ecommerce tracking to capture and analyze user interactions and conversions.
• Good understanding of different data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, AMA, and LGPD.
• Implement and manage cross-domain tracking and tracking across different platforms such as mobile apps or third-party sites.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in setting up server-side tracking with GTM, GCP, Cloud Run, SSL, DNS, Github, GA4, Meta CAPI, and more.
• In-depth knowledge of Server-side Google Tag Manager Implementation and critical privacy regulations and best practices in data collection.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Candidate should have knowledge of SQL JavaScript and HTML.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and analytics tracking principles.
• Design implement and manage server-side tagging solutions.
• Ensure accurate data collection and transmission to various analytics and marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side tags with client-side applications.
• Monitor and audit data collection processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and tag malfunctions.
• Implement data validation and error-handling mechanisms.
• Optimize server-side tagging processes to minimize latency and improve website performance.
• Analyze and enhance the efficiency of data collection and transmission methods.
• Ensure tagging solutions comply with data privacy regulations eg. GDPR CCPA.
• Implement security measures to protect data collected through server-side tags.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy.
• Generate reports and insights based on data collected through server-side tags.
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of tagging strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously monitor and improve tagging performance based on analytical findings.
