DO YOU HAVE… * 3+ years managing large-scale website deployments in a production environment. * Proven experience administering websites using IIS on Windows Server. * Strong knowledge of DNS, SSL/TLS, application pool management, and IIS security best practices. * Knowledge of web traffic monitoring, log review, and performance tuning to detect anomalies. * Understanding of web-based attack vectors (SQLi, XSS, CSRF) and how to mitigate them. * Ability to troubleshoot issues across domains, certificates, server configs, and front-end/backend connectivity. * Basic familiarity with Linux systems, particularly in supporting backend services. * Clear documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing CMS-driven or templated web environments at scale. * Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for web hosting or hybrid deployments. * Knowledge of cloud web security. * Strong Knowledge of IIS web farms with load balancing and failover. * Working knowledge of NGINX, Apache, or Linux-based hosting environments. * Web scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Ansible). * Working knowledge of Nextgen Firewalls, Cyber Security and Pen Testing. THE DAY-TO-DAY * Manage and maintain thousands of hosted websites, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security. * Implement and refine security protocols for deployments, backups, and user access control. * Configure and support websites in a Windows Server / IIS environment (HTTPS, bindings, SSL certs, redirects, etc.). * Collaborate with development teams on website design implementation, feature rollouts, and troubleshooting. * Monitor and analyze web traffic, resource utilization, and system health across large-scale infrastructure. * Perform regular website vulnerability assessments, SSL certificate renewals, and configuration hardening. * Assisting with Active Directory, Network Topology, Office 365, and backups. * Assist in creating and updating internal web hosting documentation and best practices. * Coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth integration with Linux and/or SQL based database servers (MySQL/PostgreSQL). * Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts related to web systems. * Provide feedback and ideas to continually improve performance, security, and usability across all hosted websites.
