Key Responsibilities

• Apply air weather sealing treatments using industry-standard equipment and methods.
• Operate safely and efficiently in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites and maintain a professional presence.
• Educate customers on benefits of Weatherization and additional services.
• Maintain job records and report project outcomes.
• Ensure consistent adherence to all safety and operational protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge and skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• No previous experience required-training provided.
• Willingness to learn and perform hands-on technical work.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• At least 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, and basements.
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and standing for extended periods.

Work Schedule

• Full-time: Monday through Saturday
