Summary

Location: Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Frisco, or surrounding areas in Texas


Qualifications:


  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits, client meetings, and contractor coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare technical reports and perform design analyses for pipeline routing and related infrastructure
  • Conduct field investigations, data collection, and site assessments
  • Coordinate with utilities and assist in erosion control and tree protection planning
  • Develop engineering cost estimates, calculations, and specifications
  • Draft and review construction documents, and support bidding and contractor selection
  • Provide engineering oversight during construction
  • Prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across disciplines
