Project Manager – Water Rights

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Compensation: $97,000 - $131,000 per year, depending on experience

LRE Water is looking for a Project Manager to lead water resource projects, ensuring quality, financial success, and regulatory compliance. This role involves project oversight, client engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage water resource projects, including permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental assessments.
  • Lead teams in planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and client communication.
  • Identify and mitigate potential permitting risks.
  • Develop new and existing client relationships.
  • Represent clients in regulatory hearings and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience, including project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (PE, PG, PH) preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience with scientific software, GIS, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
