Are you experienced in warehouse operations with a keen interest in IT systems?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a logistics client for a hands-on Warehouse Systems Support Technician to join their on-site team in Wolverhampton.

You’ll act as the key support for SAP EWM and IT systems on the warehouse floor – combining first-line troubleshooting with system investigations and hardware support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of warehouse operations who enjoys getting involved in technical problem-solving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting SAP EWM and investigating system errors
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PCs, barcode scanners, etc.)
• Liaising with the IT team for repairs, installations, and upgrades
• Assisting with system data updates and changeovers
• Supporting control boards and escalating issues appropriately
• Helping with user testing and small-scale system fixes

What we’re looking for:

• A background in logistics or warehouse operations
• Experience or exposure to SAP EWM (or other WMS systems)
• Good IT troubleshooting skills (hardware and basic software)
• Comfortable using Excel and reporting system downtime/issues
• Organised, calm under pressure, and proactive
