Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse operations staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal operational procedures.
• Oversee the management of all inbound and outbound shipments to and from the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SORTLY: categorize items, conduct regular audits, and update records based on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory control and facility management.
• Plan and manage the budget for workforce, logistics, and support functions, including safety, security, insurance, and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to track and allocate warehouse usage costs per IP.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and ensure the warehouse remains a hazard-free environment through a comprehensive maintenance plan.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders (e.g., F.O., N.V.) whose inventory is stored in the warehouse.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staffing agencies supporting warehouse operations.
• Implement strategies to standardize processes, promote continuous improvement, and enhance productivity and efficiency while reducing operational costs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven expertise in inventory management systems and procedures.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and data tracking tools.
• Forklift and heavy equipment certification.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience handling complex and unique challenges in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse methods, procedures, and best practices.
