About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manpower handling, safety compliance, hygiene control, and expense management in a warehouse or logistics setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage manpower shift planning, daily attendance, and leave tracking.
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure discipline and accountability.
• Maintain hygiene standards, monitor housekeeping, and enforce 5S and PPE compliance.
• Implement safety protocols, conduct regular fire drills, and manage warehouse equipment maintenance.
• Ensure systematic inventory stacking, proper space management, and minimize SKU errors.
• Coordinate with vendors, verify bills, handle petty cash, and maintain transparent expense reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation for contractual and third-party manpower.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse administration or operations.
• Strong knowledge of manpower supervision, warehouse hygiene, and safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic warehouse management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Experience handling third-party workers and daily operations documentation.
