Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Warehouse Management:
• Manage warehouse operations, from overseeing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and special projects
• Inventory Control:
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels using NetSuite; lead regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Team Coordination:
• Supervise and support warehouse staff and collaborate closely with the operations, logistics, and customer service teams to meet fulfillment goals.
• Process Optimization:
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and shipping to end customers.
• Data & Reporting:
• Utilize NetSuite to generate reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to inform operations strategy.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, warehouse cleanliness, and local regulations.

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations or 3PL Warehouse Management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP – inventory, fulfillment, and reporting modules.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing and scaling warehouse teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive communication is a must when working with internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively across warehouse, operations, and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), NetSuite, Notion, Slack, or similar systems.
• A proactive, team-first attitude with a passion for operational excellence.
