Job Summary: Our client is looking for Operations Manager from Trades, Construction & Service Industries (Residential/Commercial) industry experience to Oversee office, field, and warehouse operations including procurement, inventory & dispatch coordination. What You'll Do:
Oversee office, field, and warehouse operations.
Lead and support staff in customer service, scheduling, and field activities.
Optimize scheduling to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
Manage procurement and inventory for current and upcoming projects.
Handle customer escalations and maintain high service standards.
Assist with workflow planning, dispatch coordination, and job readiness.
Step in for deliveries, material handling, or field support when needed.
Ensure safety, compliance, and consistency across all departments.
Review job estimates and service quotes for accuracy.
Prepare technicians for smooth, efficient daily operations.
What You Need:
Experience in trades, construction, or service industries (residential/commercial).
Proven leadership or supervisory background.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.
Valid driver's license.
