Crealis, part of the Dehon Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Logistics to lead our logistics and administrative operations at our site in Bergen op Zoom. In this key role, you will drive operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement across all logistics processes

.Key Responsibilities

• :Lead and manage all operational logistics activities, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and internal departments
• .Oversee the administrative department, including personnel management, reporting, and budgeting
• .Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing logistics and administrative team, setting goals and monitoring performance
• .Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and implement efficient solutions (Six Sigma/Lean)
• .Collaborate with suppliers and third parties to streamline operations and improve service delivery
• .Prepare and manage departmental budgets, focusing on cost control and identifying cost-saving initiatives
• .Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across logistics operations
• .Analyze operational data, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend improvements
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• .Manage inventory control systems and ensure effective stock management
• .Oversee procurement of tools and materials required for logistics operations

Your Profil

• e:Proven experience in a senior logistics leadership role, preferably in an international environmen
• t.Strong background in supply chain management, team leadership, and administrative operation
• s.Practical experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or similar continuous improvement methodologie
• s.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skill
• s.Proactive, hands-on leader with a focus on operational excellenc
• e.Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantag
