Warehouse Location: 1845 Kingsway Ave, Units 1105-1140, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 1T1

Salary Range: $77,600 to $97,000

Some Of What You Will Do

Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating warehouse and inventory control activities. Develop and implement inbound and outbound product flow. Delegate responsibilities to Supervisors and Team Leads to achieve safe, efficient, and economical operations. Maintain up-to-date warehouse profiling.

Specifically, You Will

• Provide effective leadership to all Warehouse Supervisors, Team Leads, and Team members, overseeing regular performance reviews and providing support to maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors on labour planning tools utilization.
• Responsible for personnel planning, production, scheduling, and establishing work procedures.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, implements process changes, upgrades equipment, and enhances production methods for improved quality and efficiency.
• Initiates personnel actions, maintains records, and oversees training and performance evaluation.
• Ensures achievement of company KPI targets and provides timely updates to the Fulfilment Centre Manager.
• Monitors order routing and collaborates on budget preparation and management.
• Plans and oversees safety programs, coordinates warehouse activities with other departments and manages a large staff.
  
  

Some Of What You Need

• A university degree or college diploma is required.
• Supply Chain Certification (CSCP) or SCMP is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years managing large distribution facilities including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in inventory control and good computer skills required.
