Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to support production operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on inventory management, electronics refurbishment, and process optimization.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

Strong understanding of RMA workflows with refurbished goods, inventory control, and production flow logistics.

Preferred proficiency with Seller Cloud and related inventory/order management systems.

Must have knowledge or experience working with Mac systems, iPhones, Android devices, and electronics refurbishing, accessorial kitting.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, database management, reporting dashboards).

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., RF-Smart, Polaris or equivalent).

Knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety best practices.

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

3–5 years experience in warehouse operations or production leadership.

Plus for experience in electronics distribution, refurbishment, or returns processing.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Reports to: Director of Operations.
