Warehouse Manager

Organization and efficiency is important in delivering the best experience to our clients and it all starts with the in-house operations of the warehouse. As a Warehouse Manager you will need to lead, train, develop and manage multiple team members in their designated departments. You must ensure the quality standards of all departments are met in order to deliver the best possible product and experience to the customer. The Warehouse Manager must be attentive and willing to partner with multiple members of leadership on all warehouse operation decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members in their designated departments.
• Support the Operations Manager with additional tasks across various departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Oversee the proper transport, packaging, and placement of products to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor deliveries, confirming timely and accurate shipments.
• Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products.
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to improve warehouse processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  
  

Qualifications For Warehouse Manager

• Previous management experience in a warehouse position
• Excellent organization and efficient time management skills
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and time managemen skills.
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a required.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and make decisions in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and compliance standards.
